Check-in & Out
1. The official check-in time is after 4:00 PM.
Our property offers self check-in. You may enter the room at any time after cleaning is completed, without meeting any staff. If you have a reservation, we will notify you as soon as the room is ready.
2. Early check-in depends on the situation of the day.
The previous guest usually checks out by 11:00 AM, followed by cleaning.
You may arrive early and store your luggage in the shared area on the 1st floor. We will notify you as soon as the room is cleaned.
If you have any special requests, please contact us in advance — we will do our best to accommodate them.Check-in information will be sent via email by 6:00 PM (Tokyo time) on the day before your check-in.
The email will include the key code and detailed check-in instructions. The key will be placed in the mailbox after 4:00 PM — please check at that time.
If you do not receive the information on time, please contact our guest support immediately.On the day of check-in, please follow the instructions we sent and retrieve the key from the mailbox on the 1st floor of the apartment to complete your check-in.
There is no need to meet with staff — the entire process is self-service, simple and convenient.
Please refer to the email for detailed instructions, including your room number and the key box code.Check-out time is before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
If needed, we offer late check-out until 1:00 PM for a fee of 2,000 JPY per hour.
Please request at least 24 hours in advance, and availability depends on the room status of the day.The entire apartment building is equipped with an elevator.
If the password is invalid or the door lock won't open, please contact your dedicated customer service representative immediately. We will provide remote assistance or arrange on-site support. We recommend checking the password and saving the email content in advance upon receiving the check-in information.
Our property uses a self-service password door lock, allowing you to enter and exit freely at any time during your stay without interacting with staff.
The door lock is easy to operate. Before your first check-in, we will provide detailed instructions and a demonstration image. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service.
Supplies Replacement & Refill Service
1.We do not provide regular cleaning services during your stay. Thank you for your understanding. All bedding and amenities are thoroughly replaced and cleaned before each guest's check-in.
2.If additional cleaning is required, a paid cleaning service is available upon request (8,000 JPY per session), which includes bedding replacement, towel and supply replenishment, and garbage removal. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for scheduling.
1.Certainly. If you need a refill of shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, or trash bags, please place the empty bottles or containers outside your door before noon. Our staff will replenish them as soon as possible.
2.If the request is made after 6:00 PM, the earliest refill will be arranged the following day. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we are generally unable to promise an exact delivery time.
Our apartment follows a one-guest-one-change policy: fresh bed linens and towels are replaced before each guest's stay.
If your stay exceeds 7 days, we can arrange a mid-stay linen change or a paid cleaning service (¥8,000 per session).
If needed, please contact us in advance.The following amenities are provided in the room:

● One set of towel and bath towel per guest
● Reusable slippers (non-disposable)
Disposable items are available for self-service on the rack next to the 1st-floor elevator:

The paid cleaning service costs ¥8,000 per time.
Same-day requests may not be accommodated, so please inform us as early as possible.

We recommend using the bathroom’s drying system to dry your daily laundry.
If you have a large amount of clothes to dry, we suggest visiting a nearby coin laundry, which is more convenient and efficient.Please follow the instructions posted near the bathroom door when using the drying system.
Be sure to close the bathroom door during operation to improve drying performance.Note that the bathroom dryer operates slowly and is best suited for drying small amounts of laundry.
If you need to dry a larger load quickly, we recommend visiting the coin laundry just 1-minute walk from the building. There, you can use a professional dryer — typically, 200 yen can dry 7–8 kg of laundry in about 20 minutes.

Water heater control panel: Make sure it is turned on. The panel is usually located near the kitchen wall and appears as a small square device with a white LCD screen. Set the temperature to 45°C and follow the instructions above for operation.

Showerhead switch: There is a button on the handle of the showerhead that must be pressed to allow hot water to flow.

Gas supply: Try lighting the gas stove in the kitchen. If it doesn't ignite, the gas valve may not be open or the supply may be temporarily interrupted. Please contact our staff for confirmation.
